Packaging
the green gables’ products are carefully wrapped in recycled tissue paper or compostable cello bags, and packaged securely so that they reach you in perfect condition.

Delivery charges and times within the UK
We are now offering FREE delivery on all orders. Delivery is normally within five working days, often sooner. If delivery will take any longer I will let you know by email as soon as possible and keep you updated on your order’s progress. If you need your order in a hurry just get in touch by emailing hello@thegreengables.co.uk and I’ll do whatever I can to help.

Delivery outside the UK
All items are posted using Airmail with a standard delivery charge is £5.50 per order. Delivery is usually within 12 working days, depending on the local delivery system.

Returns I hope that you will be very happy with your purchase from the green gables. However, if you wish to cancel your order or return an item do get in touch by emailing me at hello@thegreengables.co.uk so I can do all I can to resolve the issue. You have 28 days from purchase to return an item. To qualify for a return the items need to be returned in a resalable condition.  Items bought in a sale, gift vouchers or items which have been personalised or made especially to order cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they are damaged or faulty, I’m sorry. If you have received your item/s and just wish to cancel due to a change of mind then the refund will not include the postage costs to return.
